The climax of the novel is when they finally find and kill Count Dracula.

The falling action is the relatively brief section of the novel found after this, and, especially, Mina's note written seven years after the action.

The falling action is quite short in this novel. By contrast, the rising action is long and drawn out: it is most of the first two dozen chapters of the novel, when the characters are realizing something is wrong, trying to figure it out, and then seeking ways to fight Dracula.
