   Although, healthcare can be considered a business by some, most hospitals fall under the category of non-profit or not-for-profit. I would choose b.) purpose or division.  Research hospitals in your area and look at their mission and vision statements. Kaiser Permanente is the nation's largest health care organization that purposes to be the leader in healthcare.  They have three main entities and are made up of several divisions that have a role in the care of all their members.  I have included a few links below to give you a few examples. Make sure you research other hospital in your area by visiting their websites.
